CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Duties & Skills:

  • Work in co-ordination with Customer Support Team for Timely & Quality delivery of Customer orders.
  • Expertly & consistently communications via phone & e-mail with customer to ensure smooth processing of orders
  • Innovative enough to suggest improvements in order processing & order quality
  • Having exceptional extrovert personality with effective persuading attitude
  • Expert Skills in Microsoft Office Usage
  • Should be able to work in rotating shifts
