PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· MBA in Marketing along with 8 years of exposure in a Leading FMCG.
RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
· To develop, implement and execute marketing strategy for Brands in order to deliver against budgeted sales, profit and market share.
· Executing & planning of the Group Brands Strategies that have to be consistent with both brand's re-positioning pillars & brand strategies and support the delivery of business objectives
· In collaboration with the Marketing Director, the Marketing team and Sales team to develop an annual marketing calendar that will facilitate the achievement of business targets and delivery against key brand strategies and propositions for the Channel.
· In collaboration with key marketing partners, prepare business plans, business cases, budgets, reports and forecasts required to deliver and monitor delivery against objectives.
· Regularly review and report on promotional activity and performance against targets, providing variance analyses and revised projections / to ensure on-plan delivery.
· Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and the efficiency of partners, procedures and systems, making recommendations and implementing improvements.
· Develop and maintain regular and professional communication with the Group Brand Owners.
· Formulate and execute sales and promotional activities.
· Responsible for new marketing strategies and implementing them.
· Monitor and develop the merchandising execution and implementation of all marketing programs.
· Achievement of budgeted sales, profit, market share Projections.
· Achievement of key objectives of specific marketing campaigns and programs to ensure a positive shift in Brand KPI’s.
· Executing all marketing activities successfully within allocated Budget constraints.
· Excellent analytical abilities, ability to operate in figures, business strategic vision, business planning (strategic, tactical)
· Responsibility, sense of duty, high work capacity.
