We are keen to add a talented and highly enthusiastic Web Developer to their expanding technical development team. You will work across the full software development lifecycle on a variety of projects for both public sector and private alike. You will work across the full software development lifecycle and will be required to visit clients to gather requirements in addition to involvement in the design, development, testing, and integration phases. Therefore, a bright, pro-active individual is required to have excellent communication skills. The ideal Web Developer will be provided with a long-term role with career and training prospects that could culminate in you eventually becoming a project manager or team leader.
Other responsibilities include managing and maintaining updated content on a weekly basis, troubleshooting and repairing of bugs and problems while driving consistency in the design and layout across all offerings. The Web Designer will play a key role in providing creative input and support throughout the various stages of the design process. Our technical people enhance the functionality of the product and customize it as required using a mixture of C# / VB.Net, webservices, javascript, and Ajax. We also manage the conversion of legacy data to the new system using various middleware tools and build integrations to other applications

- Good Knowledge in cross-platform design, cross-browsers compatibility, image optimization, web palette and web time management.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Enhance the business logic of the system using .net assemblies, webservices and workflow.
- Think laterally to solve problems so as to find the best answer to the needs of the business.
- Produce product documentation and end-user guides for developed solutions.
- Support the Sales team in the preparation of bids and ITT responses for larger projects.
- Support the Sales team in pre-sales meetings and presentations in order to represent and explain the delivery approach.
- Adhere to development and data migration guidelines and source control procedures.
- Good understanding of dynamic or active web content.
- Exhibits Proficiency HTML / Scripting / CSS is a must.
- Good understanding of GUI Layout (visual) designing.
Programming experience, ideally using one or more of the following:
- .NET Framework 2.0 / 3.5 (C#.NET / VB.NET) or PHP
- SQL Scripting
- XML/HTML
- JavaScript
Experience of building complex integrations using:
- Sharepoint/MOSS 2007
- Microsfot Silverlight
- AJAX
Experience of the following would also be an advantage:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- SQL Server 2005/2008
- IIS 6.0 / 7.0
- Microsoft Certified Professional
