The following is the job description for Associate Business Analyst (IT).
· Works with senior analyst to identify required changes.
· Prepares and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
· Develops product requirement specifications for development team.
· Communicates needed changes to development team.
· Ensures that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
· Reports closed issues to the concerned stakeholders
· Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
· Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
· Communicates and applies project standards.
· Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
· Good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
· Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
· Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
· Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
· Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
· Understands Internet and client/server architectures.
· Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
· Facilitates effective team interaction.
