PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Masters degree in Administration with hands on Experience of managing an FMCG on a senior strategic role with 20-25 years of hand on experience in Edible Industry.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide strategic leadership, visionary oversight of policy, strategy, administrative operations, and resource development.
· Drive the implementation of the Company business and growth strategies.
· Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
· Develop a strategic plan to grow the business to meet financial and overall performance objectives and lead the firm in consistently achieving these objectives through rigorous planning grounded in fact based market intelligence.
· Strengthen the sales and marketing organization to increase the top line in strategic market sectors and move the organization to a more disciplined, process oriented sales culture.
· Attract, develop, motivate and retain highly talented individuals and deploy them in an effective manner.
· Maintain an active position with existing customer relationships and lead the firm in successfully facilitating and managing new strategic client relationships.
· Develop an operating culture across the firm, which is disciplined, accountable and collaborative, focused on profitability and operational performance and accustomed to executing against objectives.
· Work closely with the CEO to ensure long-term success of the company.
· Keep the CEO fully informed on all aspects of growth, profitability and development of the company and seek to utilize the expertise within the board to address business issues facing the company.
· Manage and strengthen the existing manufacturing businesses and implement exciting growth strategies.
· Strengthen the marketing operations of products and services.
· Build and manage human capital teams to effectively undertake duties and responsibilities in the Company diverse business units.
· Ensure profitability and meeting all organizational key performance indicators.
· Responsible for managing sales results, sales planning and operations activities as well as leading the business performance management and report key metrics relating to forecast performance in the sales pipeline.
· Develops and plans best business practices, framework and processes.
· Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization sales and business strategies and objectives.
· Excellent entrepreneurial, leadership, communication skills, who should be a self-starter.
· Aggressive and displays a pleasant personality.
· Must be resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Possess the ability to manage across functions, with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
· Track record of managing business growth coupled with financial accountability.
· Ability to forge strong business and commercial relationships.
