Areas of Responsibility:	Ensures efficient, effective and high quality system support to all PC users. Installation of Operating Systems, Antivirus & other supporting softwares as per requirements. Troubleshoot user queries with respect to PC Hardwares and Softwares. Prepares periodic reports with respect to the current status of all computing devices and peripherals for management review. Maintains a record of user complains and queries related to hardware and software.
