What We Require

O’ Levels/A’ Levels/Bachelors Degree
Strong customer orientation
Computer proficiency especially in the use of web based systems
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and solve problems
Excellent Oral & written communication skills (English) preferably US accent
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Motivation and ambition to excel
Drive to learn and grow
Prior customer service experience would be preferred
