The individual must have the ability to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM with all its prerequisites.
Role Summary
The essence of your role will be to install and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM into development, test and live environments. This will involve the ability and expertise to give advice on IT infrastructure configurations. This will ultimately require good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory and would suit individuals with several years experience working in a IT support environment. All applicants must demonstrate good communication and customer facing skills; good experience of working in windows environments, basic networking and security skills and substantial experience of working with the Microsoft technologies.
Technical Expertise
Implementation / Installation Experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0/4.0
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008
- Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
- Active Directory Configuration
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2005 / 2007
Microsoft Dyanmics CRM Experience:
- Email Router configuration
- CRM integration with Microsoft Outllok 2003 / 2007
- Sharepoint Services
Experience of the following would also be an advantage:
- Any programming experience (ASP.Net 1.0 / 2.0)
- Indexing Services
- Internet Information Services
- Microsoft Certified Professional
